| Hm, yes, a birthday. Why must it be so happy? Because it's the norm of society. People place some sort of value on birthdays, simply because it was the day they were expelled from the womb. Must it mean so much? No. We aren't the superstitous people we once were thousands of years ago. We must pull ourselves away from our ignorant roots, away from these unnecessary "celebrations". Just release yourselves from this absurd ritual, and realize how foolish society's "norms" really are. |
