You were right Zeldara, it is impossible to get the Fierce Deity's Mask before the timer's up. The only possible place to obtain the FD mask is on the Moon, and the only way to get to the Moon is from the top of Clock Tower, and IIRC just getting to Clock Tower auto-changes the timer to 5 minutes remaining, regardless of the day you entered. And if it were being done in a single three day run, it would be impossible to get the FD mask regardless since you wouldn't be able to get two or three of the standard 23 masks in a single cycle due to choices you make blocking off parts of sidequests. Yep.

(Note so I don't mislead people into searching for a nonexistent glitch: Obtaining the Fierce Deity Mask with the timer still existing is, as far as I know, not currently possible even with glitches... then again, I haven't been following N64 Zelda game glitches that closely, considering I don't even have a N64 myself. EDIT: Just realised that it said DST is not in effect so that would indeed be 6PM.
