News: The workshop is almost here!
The workshop is coming up this Sunday, get ready! The official plan is that we will run the workshop twice to enable more people to come. Logs of both sessions will be released.

The official times will be:
12PM EST
8PM EST

Hopefully, between those times we can get fairly high participation :). Each session will last about 4 to 5 hours. The location it will be hosted will be #workshop in irc.caffie.net.

This workshop will cover basic ASM, and some intermediate topics. We will then use this as a starting ground for another workshop which will be hosted within a few weeks. At the next workshop, we will cover even more advanced topics :D

If you have any questions, now is the time to ask them in the workshop thread! Other than that, start preparing all your ASM questions for Sunday!

See you all there!

I was not able to go to the asm workshop because I had to study for a test.

I was told there was going to be a log file or something for the people who missed the workshop.

Where can I find the log?

Thanks.

I think this will open in Mibbit if you don't have a real client. I apologize if it doesn't.

I agree with Fellowroot, can someone make a screen recording and post it on youtube?

Could someone provide the link to where this will take place?

And can someone do a screen recording of the workshop and post it on youtube so that if someone misses it they can watch it later.

Hopefully I'll be able to make the 12PM one, since I wouldn't be able to stay for the full 8PM one.

I have tried before to connect with MIRC, but it will not let me =( I am pretty sure I am putting the right stuff in, but it will not connect... I am talking about just generally connecting to irc.caffie.net... I am probably doing something idiotic since this is like my 2nd time using MIRC haha. I really wanna make it for this workshop too!

Hm, I'll see if I can participate to learn a few things, I guess. This seems like a great idea and I hope to see some of you there.

This is going to be awesome! I'm pretty excited to teach what I know, and learn new things myself as well.

Hope to see you (all) there!
