Or how about this? Instead of instantly nuking the shit out of somebody's layout, disable it, and leave an option to re-enable it on their profile?
Kinda like a three strikes thing:
1: Layout disabled. Fix it.
2: Layout disabled again. Something's still wrong.
3: NUKE! |

Geno, one of the main reasons we nuke layouts without pm'ing them first is because they're either not online, or their layouts are breaking tables, just like AquaLakitu explained.
