| Question: | Lunar Magic says that the author of the hack has restricted level access. What's this? |
| Answer: | The Rom is "locked", which means that you can't open it in Lunar Magic. |
|
| Question: | Lunar Magic says that the Rom lacks a 0x200 byte header. What do I do? |
| Answer: | Add (don't overwrite) 512 bytes to the beginning of the Rom with a Hex Editor. If that's too complicated for you, I suggest redownloading the Rom. |

| Question: | Lunar Magic won't open. Instead, it gives me a message saying that it has been modified. How do I fix this? |
| Answer: | Redownload Lunar Magic. |
|
| Question: | Lunar Magic opens the Rom, but it tells me that it's checksum is bad. What's this? |
| Answer: | - If you got this message just after downloading the Rom, it's probably a bad dump. Try to download it again. If you still get the message, try to download it from another site. - If you got it after editing the Rom with another program than Lunar Magic, it's probably Ok. - If you got it after just editing it with LM, check if you've got "Maintain Checksum" in the Options menu checked. If it is, the Rom might have been corruped (destroyed) somehow. If it isn't, turn it on. |
