News: The 10th Vanilla Level Design Contest - VLDC X
We're nearby February and together with it is almost time for our annual Vanilla Level Design Contest. This time special because it will be the 10th one! I have made a preliminary thread to we exchange some ideas on how should VLDCX run based on previous VLDCs for who is interested in participating this time.
News: C3 is over and the LMCC results are out?!? (feat. C3 Mosts results)
Your time to vote, post in threads and send answers to our penguin detective is up! Expect the results for the C3 voting and the grand finale of the cake mystery to be revealed pretty soon!
EDIT: and I wasn't kidding around, were I - here they are!
And on completely unrelated news, the results for the Winter Lunar Magic Creativity Contests are out. Check them out here!
The voting deadline for both of them is January 16th, 23:59:59 UTC, which is a week from now - so make sure to cast your votes as soon as possible.
A reminder that posting in existing C3 threads is still allowed. Same-wise, the mystery solving with Pennington is still ongoing, so even if you still haven't signed up in his thread, there's still time to participate. Maybe Pennington will give you something back for helping him out!
We've refrained from posting a bit due to the heat of C3, but some of you might have noticed a few recent additions to the staff team. Please welcome Lazy, who has been helping out with the hack section, Medic, who's now in charge of ASM, and Erik557 who is doing a bit of both!
And give a warm welcome as well to Bruno Visnaldi and Amaraticando, our new kaizo hack moderators who will also be taking care of Pit hacks!
And you know what that means - Pit hacks are now officially allowed again in the hacks section, and hopefully for good this time around. So if you're into creating that sort of stuff and feel your work hasn't had a home yet, feel free to submit away!
There's less than an hour until left this winter's C3 wraps up, so get in those last minute submissions! I promise there's a trophy for whoever posts the last thread closest to the deadline! The above is a lie.
Do keep in mind that even though thread submissions will be locked, you will still be able to comment and leave feedback on all threads for the rest of the week as per usual, so there's still plenty of time left to give everyone's hacks and resources a try!
