The Caffie Radio is back up. If you were around in the summer, you would know that this was a short-lived thing that was shot down due to people uploading junk and garbage to the radio. This time around, better .. ahem .. "filter systems" have been put into play.

| News: Submission Guidelines and File Bin Issues |
We now have a single topic for submission guidelines. It mostly contains links to separate guidelines threads (such as the Hack Submission Guidelines thread, among others), though it also features some small rules that deserved to get a mention.
Now it should be easier for you people to get aware of pretty much all the submission rules we have had so far, since some organization has finally been provided!

Blumiere: Recently I've been noticing that members have been adding certain characters to the start of their file bin submissions to move their files to the top of the page for easy access. This is not on. If you seriously can't be bothered CTRL/APPLE+F'ing your file, don't even try uploading it. I, and anyone else for that matter, do not want to see a load of files at the top with millions of exclamation marks at the start of their file name.
