Hello everyone.
Now that I found the main introduction thread, I should introduce myself right now.
I am Yoshi-Fan GM. Mostly known as YFGM, EliasYFGM or Juan Orozco.
I started recently doing some SMW hacks. I'm not a newbie to this, but not an expert either... since I knew already some things about it.
And I hope that I have a great time here.
Although I am here to show you guys a new tool (program, application, etc) that I made a few hours ago. =) And I would like to share it with all of you... just tell me where to post it if you're interested to know more about it (and of course. It's somewhat related to ROM hacking).

I have 49 videos right now. Most of them are about Game Maker (spanish tutorials), gameplays of every game made by me, Smash Brothers, Stepmania, and just one about DKC hacking.

-My real name is Elías.
-I am 18.

-I know sort of C, C++, Pascal, BASIC, VB and Python.
-I like to make games/apps.
-I have a brother.
-I like to draw.
-I am a DDR fan
-I use Game Maker for over 4 years.
-Almost 80% of the time I am in the computer, I hang out in YouTube.
-I have a website.
-The first videogame I've ever played was Super Mario Bros. NES
-Videogames scared me when I was little, when I first saw Super Mario Bros. playing, for some reason.
-Super Mario World was the first game that I played for the SNES.
-The second boss of DKC2 used to scare me when I was a kid.
-I am a DKC fan.
-My best internet friend is Jlhgomez.
-I own a GameCube, DS, GBA and a GBC.
-I like Trance music.

Kanto, definitely the best out of all of them, IMO. Where everything started, and when Pokémon didn't need like 300+ more creatures.

The SNES was such a great console for its generation and it's still my favourite one =]

Thanks for your comments. I made the tool just for myself at first. But later, I decided to share it with other people, why not? =] It can be very useful to many people, I think.

You can use the "move_towards_point" function in GML, or the "Move Towards" action. They're practicaly the same.
For example, if you want the "object0" follow the "object1", you would put this in the Step Event of your object0:
Codemove_towards_point(object1.x, object1.y, 4);
"4" is the speed of moving. You can change it though.

-I have made my first tool ever.
-I have submitted my first tool to this site.
-I hate guns and weapons.
-I hate gory.
-I hate fighting.
-Most of the time, I don't use the computer for playing.
-Spanish is my native language.
-I know English and a little bit Portuguese and CJK.
-I love programming.
-I am Mexican.
-I like Trance, Techno, Rock and some Metal music.
-I have like 12+ projects in GM.
-I have finished like 6 games.
-I don't like FPS's.
-It was my graduation yesterday.
-I am serious in real life.
-I like Geography.
-Algebra and English were my favorite signatures at school.
-I used to hate Physics and Chemistry at school.
-I have not insulted anyone and I've not said anything about that.

Luck is just a posibility.
I mean, the supposed "luck" can be seen any time, anywhere. And we cannot predict anything about it.

I have some drawings, which most of them are vector ones, and some 3D works.

You don't have to put "left" or "right" in those blank spaces.
Just use a direction value. Use 180 to move left, and 0 to move right.
