Whenever I upload GFX that are too big, it says, "This GFX bin is bigger than it should be. This may cause glitches during gameplay." And when I play a level with the GFX in it, the tiles get mixed up and blank space is replaced with water surfaces. However, I'm pretty sure that what you have to do is download the SMW Redrawn hack from the Hacks section, use Lunar IPS to patch the SMW Redrawn IPS patch to a clean rom, and then you'll be able to edit SMW Redrawn.
