Oh yeah, and Ctrl+Del doesn't seem to work on a Mac. At least not on a MacBook since the keyboard's smaller.

So I go to the poison mushroom icon to change the palette. It shows up good in Lunar Magic. I save the level. But when I play the game, the custom palette doesn't show! What am I doing wrong?

I meant the star. Anyway, yeah, I didn't see the teeny tiny save button. That worked.

So Mario enters a level from a pipe, but the camera's too high and he gets crushed. Exactly what setting do I change to fix this?
Also, is there a guide showing which part of the palette colors which objects?

Also, how do I change backgrounds/tilesets without everything glitching out? If I change, say, level C5 to a castle tileset, everything's all miscolored.

I tried copy-pasting backgrounds, but they ended up all glitchy looking due to the palette being different. Also, most of the tiles are glitched because of the palette differences — for instance, I want to use the cave tiles in 122, but instead of being gray, they're all greenish. How do I fix that?

1. Is there a way to flip, say, the steep/gradual/normal slope left or right?
2. How can I create the missing corner tile here?

3. I've heard of using Map16 to make tile X act like tile Y — e.g., using it to make dick moves like the question boxes equaling instant death, or for more sane things like making lava swim-through, or if I wanted a note block to act like a 10-coins block). How do I do any of this?
4. The FAQ points me to "edit 16x16 attributes". I don't see that option anywhere. Where is it?

Huh?
How do I copy the tile? Edit->Copy does nothing.

Because it won't paste! I can't copy or past ANY of the objects onto map16 — it only copy-pastes into the level!
And again, the Map16 changes I make don't save! WHY IS THIS SO EFFING DIFFICULT?!?!?!

1. Go to the 16x16 Tile Editor (Not Objects)
2. Click on the tile you need to edit
3. Go to the third page or farther
4. (While the tile you need is still selected), flip it as needed to match what you need.
5. Right click IN THE EDITOR on a empty tile
6. once you got the tiles you need press F9
7. Go to Map16 in Objects Editor
8. Find your tile
9. ????
10. Profit
Actually just insert it as you would any other tile.
actually noticing the ninja is that an updated version of LM? the 1.9? I'm talking 1.82 here.
Step 5 gives me "No tile on clipboard to paste!"

Why am I getting the "no tile on clipboard to paste" error following steeled's directions?!

I'm IN the 16x16 tile editor. I paste. I get the error.

Nope:
I go into here and flip it:

And here's the error when I right click (actually, Control-click since I'm on a Mac).

Your step 3 is where it bogs down. I paste, and I get the error above.

How do I know it's highlighted?

Huh? I left-clicked on the tile I wanted to copy. I scroll down to page 3, which is all blank. Is this right so far? If not, what else do I need to do?
