I know this is probably a big bump, so yeah;
I am also known as Sonikku, throughout other forums, in which are mostly spriting communities. I am a spriter from the rather large spriting website; the Spriters Resource. I am mostly active throughout Pixeltendo, MFGG, and a couple other forums. I have been hacking for several months now, which I now know how to insert blocks, sprites, ExGFX, ect.
I will probably be a lurker for awhile, to get to see how SMWCentral works.

SMWC didn't get me into hacking, personally, it was my friend, Toony, who suggested I use Lunar Magic to edit SMW and kill time. SMWC just helped my hack get better, what with FAQ's teaching me how to edit graphics, add sprites, ExGFX, blocks, ect.

Maybe this sheet would be of some use to you?

I couldn't exactly rip it since I couldn't get savestates to work.

I suggest using http://iaza.com/, press Load Image, and choose the image, then after you choose your image, click Transparent, choose the color you want to make transparent, and then after you get your result, click on the image (Since it will be resized), and then right click, save as, then remake the userbar with the newly made transparent image.

Right now, I am looking for a block that, when hit, spawns moving coins.
An example would be like in Demo World:TLC, in the opening, where they put the key in the blocks, mushrooms fly out, ect.

I do have other things, but I am far to lazy to post them.
I saw no art subforum, so if this is in the wrong place, please move~

I'll possibly enter. I do have a couple ideas, personally.

Those pieces aren't in GFX32, they're actually in GFX00. To be more specific, they're to the left of the feather sprite, right of the Nintendo Presents logo, and above the "!" and bubble 8x8 tiles. There are a few other bits and pieces under the 16x16 X, though I'm not sure what they belong to.

I can probably do custom ExGFX/GFX. Though, it does take me a while to get inspiration.
I usually like doing foregrounds;

I decided to use Exanimation, but I have no idea how to use it. I was following the tutorial in the Documents section, but it isn't helping.
If anyone can explain it, it would help alot.

Would a carriable turnblock be easy? Like the sprite the carriable turnblock spawns when picked up, and lasts a limited time?

The turnblock (Turnblock, blue carriable turnblock, ect.) is near the bottom of AllGFX.bin.

Some of you may have caught a glimpse of this over on Youtube, but I'll post it here, just for those who haven't seen them yet.
Introduction Level:
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/mlbJsk7QpBo&hl=en&color1=0x3a3a3a&color2=0x999999"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/mlbJsk7QpBo&hl=en&color1=0x3a3a3a&color2=0x999999" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
First Level (Also introduces a bossfight; Lakilava):
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/NXddKBoMMqQ&hl=en&color1=0x3a3a3a&color2=0x999999"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/NXddKBoMMqQ&hl=en&color1=0x3a3a3a&color2=0x999999" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
Castle 1 (Boss has been made a bit easier, without the Eerie generator):
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/gqXUwbVO6hY&hl=en&color1=0x3a3a3a&color2=0x999999"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/gqXUwbVO6hY&hl=en&color1=0x3a3a3a&color2=0x999999" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
I'm going to attempt to make every enemy in-game, be a character I, or one of my friends have created. There is the "Sonikku" patch, which stars my personal character (As seen in every video so far), and then, the "Ravan" patch, which stars one of my friends characters, which is a Mimiga.

Yeah, I always think about changing stuff right after I record it. I've actually been thinking of making 2 separate paths in the castle. The normal, where you fight the easier version, and the secret, where you fight the more challenging version.
Also, it is the song when you fight the final boss in Cave Story. And for the passed 3 months I haven't been able to get the Grasstown theme out of my head.
..And I have no idea whether to finish a level using some Yoshi's Island ExGFX I ripped the other day, or to finish a level with the Dino City Ice Cave ExGFX. I've never been good with multiple choices.
