I need some SMB1 (SMAS) Lava GFX. I need all frames, (8 I think) for my next project. ExAnimation perfered.

Thanks, and I also ripped the lava you wanted, you can download it here. I also included SMAS SMB1 water, both the dark blue and light blue water (Which both use pallete 7), in case you want that too.
Oh this is so much fun guessing who is who.

This is Sonikku btw.

Uninteresting screenshot woohoo.

The awesome thing about using a blooper for a character, is that not much GFX page space is needed, look:

And I discovered that you can use put ExAnimation tiles in Mario's graphic area.

Really? How did you manage that, I tried it but I can't seem to get it to work.

The berries that Yoshi eats, their animation's tiles are located within Mario's tiles. I figure if those are animated, then other tiles are able to be used if there's extra space.

I'll go test it out with the Horizontal turn block animation I made.

EDIT: Yup, it definitely works. Just put the animation tiles within the free space in Mario's tiles, and animated them like you would with the ExAnimation slot when you use the Super GFX bypass.

Nearly perfect Labyrinth Zone ExGFX set. None of the rounded slopes were included, only the straight ones, as Sonic the Hedgehog's game engine had better slope support (And since it would take too much GFX space).

Earlier today I was messing around with ASM. These custom doors can be used in midair, underwater, etc. This isn't as good as anything else here, but either way they are beneficial to my current hack. Once I get some things done, like On/Off versions, as well as blue/silver POW versions, I will possibly release them.

This should be self explanatory, File is the GFX file its in, Tile is the tile number according to YY-CHR.
1. Open the ROM with the edited OW.
2. Open the OW Editor.
3. Open the ROM you want to transfer the OW to.
4. Go back to OW editor, and press save.

It should work, as I've tried it dozens of times.

I do believe that my name was up before all of the others became like my name sorta...

Well yeah, I was talking about you and Grim. I actually planned on getting the name change before someone else did but 2 minutes after I submitted it on the my profile page thing I saw this topic. D:
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/MolOz6nOjF8&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/MolOz6nOjF8&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

Something I threw together earlier today. I had fun playing with SMW's original graphics, but the original set didn't have the right tiles for a ship type of area so I threw some in there too.

I decided to make the Loading Dock level have a bonus round literally 2 minutes after I uploaded the video. I have been thinking of a good combination of sprites and blocks to make a decent bonus round.

This is the most amazing image I have seen all week.

..Well, besides this, that is.
I'm so happy I can finally put my various graphic making skills into a contest. <3

I'll use my Blooper hack as a base, since I have music, graphics, and such included already.

For the mist, you need to go to Change Index of Graphics in Header, and change the FG to Ghost House 1. Then go to Change Other Properties and for Layer 3 Options, change it to Tileset Specific (current tileset is 5).

For the lightning, you need to use a generator, which is in the Custom Sprites section.

I find these new to be very well made, but I got two big question. 1.Are those door actually sprites?
2.Will you release them to the site?

They're blocks. And as soon as I do some stuff (POW activated, On/Off switch activated, etc.), I might release them.

EDIT: Done. Click here to download.

Ignore any previous requests I may have made. I have a new request;

Sonic Adventure - Lost World

If this is too complicated to port, ignore this.
Code
LDA #$00 STA $1DFB RTS

Try this. Put it in a .txt or a .asm file and run it over trasm. To change what song is played, change 00 to the song number. I haven't tested it, as I found this in one of my old ASM testing folders, so I'm not 100% sure it will work. I assume that Custom Music and SMW's original music are in the same music bank. I'll test this out right now.

EDIT: Works fine for me, although I'm using Romi's addmusic, so I'm not sure if its compatible with other versions of addmusic.

Maybe I should design levels only when I get bored? I feel like lately I've been making way better levels than I usually do.
I'd like to request an Xkas patch that makes Mario jump higher when his powerup is 03, its because I found out that there are more powerups passed 3, and I plan to make use of them.
