1.- The Second Reality Project: The best hack i've ever played. It's level design is awesome, music is really well done and the graphics are really cool. The hack's plot was the most original plot i've ever seen. By far the best hack ever (IMO).

2.- SMW: The Secret of the 7 Golden Statues: A very well done hack! The ASM gimmicks are brilliant, and the addition of the star coins was a nice touch. The plot is very interesting too, as well as the level design.

3.- Mario Gives Up: The plot was really funny! The level design was creative, and the secrets were fun to find. The music is well placed and the OW is really cool.

I really recommend these hacks. This is how a hack should be :D

Whoa. You fixed basically all the cutoff! Still, what you need to improve is your level design. Don't worry, I was much worse when I first started. You should check out other people's hack, to get an idea. Try to add variety and decoration, so people won't get bored playing through the same levels over and over again. I'm sure you'll make a great level someday, you just need to practice! #w{=D}
The fg's palette you're using is overwriting the bg's palette. You can fix it, but it's a bit too complicated...

You know they overwrite the bg's palette when they use the first 2 rows of the palette editor. They do this in case you use a custom bg which uses palette 3 generally to prevent messing up with the status bar colors (they're in palette 0 and 1)...

The snowy trees bg is overwriting the status bar colors (which are on palette 0 and 1), so you get this.

Do what yoshicookiezeus said and press ctrl+g and enter x0EE2F and change 3A to EA (replacing it), then save. Done.

No, what ggamer77 said is right. Set the forest graphics like you would do, then open "super exgfx bypass" and enable bypass of standart blah blah blah... then go to "change index of graphics" and set it to ghost house, then go to "change other properties" and set layer 3 option to "tileset specific" and you have mist with grassland tileset!
When it doesn't use extra bit, set it to 2, when it does use it, set it to 3. NOT 0 if doesn't anf 1 if does.
How can I make an elevator level (like level mining outspot from ASMCP)? I tried with all layer 2 commands, but nothing works. Please help.

I'm using level mode 8 to make it a vertical layer 2 level, but layer 2 is not solid. I just fall instead of steping on the floor. Please help...
It does. I'm using level mode 08, it SHOULD interact with mario.
That can be found in the F.A.Q., in "Title Screen/Credits" section.
