This. Most of the judges only look into the bad stuff of the level and ignore the good parts, and then criticize about the bad parts.
C'mon, there has to be at least one tini tiny little good part of those levels.

Except that's not really feedback since they only point the bad stuff, and I know that MrDeePay said that when there's too much bad stuff, the good stuff gets ignored (and it makes sense), but he didn't really say anything aside from that to fix it. How am I supposed to? At least point to some tutorial or something.

You completely misunderstood me. I agree that when you have one good thing and the rest is bad, they're going to point out the bad ones. But what I'm saying here is that they don't tell you how you can improve, and that's what feedback is about. You're not sure what you should fix, so the flaws will be there still.

Also that's why these NEW addmusics exist. These new ones make hacks work in bsnes/snes9x, but since they appeared in the middle of last year, hacks before that won't work on said emulators, so you pretty much can't do anything about it.
You won't make everyone do what you want just because you say it allcaps.
