Tip: A power-up is most useful to a player shortly after the midway point.

Arraste a sua ROM pro slogger. Aí vai aparecer um arquivo txt. Na segunda coluna tem os freespaces que você pode usar. É recomendável que se use um com valor acima de 8000, algo assim se bem me lembro.
I sincerely never played the first part, but I've listen really good things about it. I gonna play it before. Also, awesome features you're including on this hack! Keep up your amazing work, guy!
What's up guys.

That's my WIP semi-vanilla level. Yeah, its level design is based on SMW. And no, the most probably is I won't edit the palettes there. So, is it looking fine?
A good manner to fix it is edit the cement block GFX and make it looks more square. As I did in my hack:

Fixes lots of cutoffs, but is pretty much optional.
Well,

Open the 8x8 editor, the shadow ? block button;
Use PageUp/PageDown do set the palettes you do want;
Use up/down do find the graphics you want to edit;
Select the 8x8 area you want to edit;
Select a color, draw and stuff;
Use the right button to paste your editons where you do want;
Are you satisfied? F9 and press the green mushroom button. Done.

In resume, use the 8x8 editor. Sorry if it's much explained.

You may want to press the red mushroom button before doing that step.

Actually before ALL steps. Thank you, I almost forgot that part 8>
Welcome here, IRCer! As you are a SMB1 hacker, don't forget to check the ROM Hacking forum.

Enjoy your stay!
Thanks guys! Also I like these square pipes and cement blocks, and this fixes some cutoffs through my levels. I think I won't remove it, I can at least edit the cement blocks to make it look better. Yeah.
Fine. Looks a bit generic, but this isn't a problem. Nice job!

Also look what I have here:

@mariocool1999: it's okay for a dead level, I just don't like the BG color by whatever reason.
Welcome back! I reccomend you to delete everything SMW-related with you and start again; much updates man.

Also, keep enjoying your stay!
@Lynnes: no words. Sure nobody yet made an OW like you made. Amazing job!
About the first one, I didn't liked how these, well, "act like 17" things are positioned. I think more space between them could be fine. And the cement blocks have a wierd palette. And about the second, the top part is looking much squared for the slopes on the floor IMO. And in both of the screens, where are the enemies?

Anyways, your GFXs and palettes are fine.

Also, what "act like 17 things"?

The wooden platforms, I mean :P
The best program? The own xkas. Xkas.GUI is useful too, but won't work with some patches, as LevelASM and darken pause, per example.
Welcome to SMWC! Also, not backseat moderate, but you can't put text in your header.... Just saying...

Enjoy your stay and good hacking!
Ou então, tente o outro...
More PNGs...
