I'm relatively new to this site, so please correct me if I make any mistakes.
I'm not entirely sure on what happened, but one day my ROM hack was rendered unplayable until I re-patched it to an original SMW Rom. Once I did so, a certain secondary enterance started with the camera on the top of the level, then scrolling down, when it used to be that it wouldn't need to vertically scroll. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: The solution you provided worked, and now I can continue working on that project.
