Rud3X84 Q. 1: To get through the World 2 house, you have to press L,R, Start and maybe Select (In that order, execept LandR, they get pressed together). if that doesn't work, then just mash LR (at the same time), and select, and start. That's what I did.
Rud3x84 Q: 2,Inferno Q:2 : There doesn't seem to be one. >,< I've tried for hours on end.
Inferno Q.1: I haven't figured that out yet. Oof.

Hmm. I would go Patch, music, blocks, Exgfx. Although like you said, the patch might screw up the music. It depends then. The blocks and exgfx can do whatever.
What's the patch?

You would just have to program the block, it's probably only about 15 lines of code (added in, 1 command per line.)
If they didn't want to make it public, then they probably won't give it to you. Your best choice is to use ASM.
It's something that a lot of people are scared of, but like learning an instrament, it's not hard, just takes time.

I can't really answer that one, but here is some of my theories:
1. The color is hardcoded, like mario's, so you just have to find it ( It would probably be next to mario's
2. The color for Yoshis are also colors for other things ( the red yoshi might have a color used by the lava, so you would have a green yoshi, but green lava too.
It's a dangerous task.

.zst is the actual save, while SRM is the actual save file used on the game. It's the thing that makes the save file on the title screen. And probably more, but I wouldn't know about it.

Yeah, It freaked me out the first time, and then I laughed. I've opened up ZSNES five more times subsequently to see those messages. They're pretty funny.

I mean, Pokemon sucks. The games are fine, but they're the same thing with new names. Like Dragonball Z. And the trading cards.. man, I was into that craze. Madness.
So, high school kids think it would be an awesome idea to, ya'know, Do a fasion show (which in my opinion, is gay to begin with) about POKEMON. The human race can't get much lower. >.>

Yeah, the SRAM archive was me. It failed. I 'd ask Ice Man, but there is a few I've compiled at Ice Board. You can use those, I suppose.

Well, given the recent events, and some before that, I think it was just about time we give the staff another thank you. I don't think I even have half the picture of how much the mods and other staff work to keep SMWC realtively retard-free. And Boom especially. This place wouldn't be here if he hadn't stuck with it through all this crap. Who knows how much it costs to host all the site plus 75 dollars.
I would love to go into a huge speech about how AWESOME the staff is, but I'm kinda busy at the moment. ;D

Uhm, not bad for somebody in inexperienced hacking. I'll go screen by screen.
Overworld.
Much too plain and linear. I see one extra prop and mostly straight lines leading to the next level. Make the levels go all over the screen, and have more details. And SSE may not be the best choice for that song, unless all like it will follow for the OW- and it's a pretty unique song.
HP1:
Okay, this is also much too plain. Nothing is changed aside from placement from the orignal level. You have the koopas all in a row, and the apples in a strange (and weirdly multicolored) row.
HP2:
There's just... water. Add some fishes and make it shorter, even 2 screens long is much too long for water, aside from a water level.
HP3:
Once again, plain. Linear. Just gates and a few coins.
HP4:
The eniemies don't all have to be multicolored, you know. Flat. Linear.
HP5: Nothing too bad here. But just running up a wall and back down seems kinda simple.
HP6: Hmm. Plain. And nothing changed, either. Make it underground and with a ExGFX background.. on second thought, make it ALL ExGFX.
HP7/8:
P-switch and coins. Well, if you must.
HP9:
That just blantant, mediocre, land and enimies. Make some flying! And for crying out loud, put some hills.
Hp10:
Flat.
Add some surprises eniemy wise, and some hills. ExGFX wouldn't hurt.

Well, I have a few more critisisims.
The overworld has good graphics, but it is all bunched, linear, and the big hill has no bottom.
The levels look NOTHING like paper mario. (iif it's not supposed to be called paper mario world or anything relating to paper mario, then nevermind.)
The graphics style is unique, good job.
The levels are too flat and the eniemes too linear.
Not too bad, overall, though.

Did you do this to a totally clean, untouched rom? You have to save a level (unhacked in every way) first, so LM can put in a ASM hack.
