I wouldn't mind either. But that would be too much work for the admins if they had to switch everyone's powers.
If possible, make the group moderating the "Proving Grounds" (as I shall call it) a separate group from the regular moderators, giving them the ability to upgrade from "Forum Newbies" to regular members.
I'd be one of the people who told them what is wrong with their hack, and let them post again to see if they can fix it. But we'd have to have someone (each probably, I might be able to take french) for the spanyards and japs and all the rest who don't speak english...

Well, no, it doesn't have to be postponed. We just need all our IP adresses. PM or e-mail will work best, get it to whoever you're playing against somehow.
If you need to, use Hamachi.
Internoob will be taken off the list.

You're missing Hamachi and MSN. Just open ZSNES, click INTERNET, then NETPLAY, have Hamachi opened and on a server (I'll make one), and have one player tell the other the IP Hamachi gives them.
That player then unchecks "Use UDP", and clicks "Start as Server".
The other one unchecks "Use UDP" also, types the IP in the provided text box, and clicks "Connect to Server" after recieving confirmation that the server has been started.
I recommend using ZSNES 1.36, and not 1.42.
