You really ought to replace the mushroom with a ring. Also, what are your plans with the cape and flower?

Anyway I really like where this is going and I hope you pull this all together. i hope you put in some GFX from Metropolis Zone though, it'd really work for castle style levels.

Some emulators have an spc generator in them. I use snes9x and with that, just get to the place right when you enter the location with the music, then go to file and choose the spc. button. Makes an spc that starts at the time when you paused the game. As for the other snes emulators, they might have the feature.



Yeah, sorry, I deleted my post because I figured I might've missed something in the tutorial file.

Honestly though. i have to port the music into the ROM and then test it. Why don't I just listen to it in game? Isn't a txt to spc converter somewhere?

Hey guys. I've been working of the Megaman 7 intro for whoever requested it in the resquest thread but I've got a problem. When I try and insert it addmusic tells me I have intervals that are too high. The odd thing is I can't find anywhere in the song that goes above o5. HERE's a link to the text file.

Can anyone help me?

Tough call, have you tried it with a faded dark green?

Out of those two though you might as well go with black.

Well, in the tutorial it reads the 4-7 are used for SFX then "4,6,7 especially* so channel 5 should be fine to use if you really need an extra channel.

Well, i really wanted to hold out on this. Wait for the original to get noticed a bit more. But i'm just too excited. Pandemonium Fortress 2 is is production. Yes indeed. This hack features the "Custom Music Patch 2" patch and a whole lot of palette work so far.

Custom Blocks are a maybe.
No ExGFX, Custom Sprites, or ASM. Afterall, not having these things is what made the first one so special.
