Tip: When determining a time limit, remember that players won't be as familiar with the level as you are. If you normally complete the level with the timer around 100, others might run out of time on their first try.
I recommend using these custom blocks. This one is a pipe that takes you to the overworld and this one is a door that takes you to the overworld. Use this tool to insert them. This lets you bypass the intro message.
ZSNES has recently been discovered to have a security issue. I created this thread to talk about this emulator, which is my favorite. What are some peoples' thoughts on this issue on on this emulator itself? And what are some things people like and dislike about it?
A hack I am working on. Basically Zebes is in danger, Samus can't come to the rescue, so Mario does. All the tilesets are from (or going to be from, when I finish porting the graphics) Super Mertroid. Not far with the project yet, but I will update this thread when I get more done.
Here's the first part of the overworld, I might recolor it.
The color on some of these is messed up in the image but looks right in an actual emulator. It uses the Metroid HP Patch, the Shoot 'Em patch, a downloaded Brinstar tileset. Please comment.
Edit: The Brinstar tileset was ripped be Kaeru
Edit2: The color looks fine in the image but looks messed in the upload (so it wasn't ZSNES).
