So, can you release it with the slowdown patch?

And then trying inserting it.
If it doesn't use YY-CHR.

In January 2008 i was sleding, and i kept hitting the edge of the biggest jumps, and went flying into the snow.
I broke my ankle, and had to get carried up the hill.
I had the cast till late April.
Not fun.
And ironicly, it was the first time down that hill too. 
Oh and when i was 2 or 3, i was walking down the sidewalk and tripped, and cracked my head open.
I don't remember it.
But i still have a scar above my eyebrows.

I'm not sure where i should post this, so here it goes.
I want to use smallhacker's luigi gfx.
But i also want the racoon gfx patch, but thats for only Mario.
Can someone make a patch so the racoon gfx is for luigi, not mario?

I had a dream were hippie fish people had to give the americans their cheese back, but they had no cheese so they gave them cheese colored money and pizza.
The fishes could was on two legs too and they swallowed people.
And i was in some tiny, tall car.
The eggmobile 8/5 is what it said.
Then we had to go to the volcano and sacrifce my friend.

Unlike the rest of you, i'd lose my arms.
I know a girl with 2 legs and she changed a baby and everything.
It's SO hard to walk around without your legs.
When i had a broken ankle, it took 3 minutes to walk to another class room.

So, we had free time at the end of the day.
Me and some other guys want to play Truth(Truth or Dare, but without the Dare)
The first guy asks me who i like.
I reply saying "Not telling".
After, i ask someone if they would stalk this person for the rest of their life (there is wronger questions in it)
and i say either T or B.(Im not saying names)
Most of them say T, who happens to be the one i like.
But K,C, and E say the other, cause they think she's ugly.
See where im getting to?
