No one will need a tutorial. Together with the IPS I will send a few files required to "update" Eggvine so it renders EVERY or most level-kinds PERFECTLY! On my Eggvine the sewers DON'T have a sprite overload.
By making this update-file I've set a cornerstone to SMW2 hacking \^o^/
Oh no, the update has a dark side: It seems to make other levels be glitchy displayed in Eggvine. OK, the only one I could see was 5-1, but I don't hope this will be in different levels, too.
Hmmmm, well, you can enable and disable the update whenever you want. Means: If you want a nice, unbuggy sewer levels with every tile, you use my update and when you want the other levels to show up good, you disable the update. That means, if it is necessary. I will try to fix this.
EDIT: Seems to be unfixable :(
But I've made it so, that you can edit the bad-rendered levels with the update: that means: forests like 1-7, Icey Caves like the one in 5-1 (Hex: 5B) and not to forget: Sewers, the (now) solved problem childs of levels.
If you want to edit normal levels again, just disable the update, as written before.

@Jeorge535:
I've already told you:
together with the IPS of the Sewer Level.
So you have to wait until the level's complete, sorry, but that increases the anticipation :P
I know, I'm mean, but as I found out how to edit them good, I want to be the world's first hacker with a full-functional sewer level, I hope you all can understand me.
I have another idea:
I will make the level to be a game:
You will get the files after you've solved it!
How to get them, then? You will see...
I have an idea for my Extra 4. It will be: "Extra 4: The Impossible? Maze 2" ^^

I want to corrupt a Yoshi's Island ROM. Does anyone know how can I do it so, that I change a few values by Hex-Editing, so it is corrupted completey and then changing it back to its full function by Hex-Editing?
PS: Don't ask, why I want to do this >_>

Yeah, thank you, I'll try it!
It works!!
Thank you!
And backwards, too!
Sure thing that it's editable in EV, the levels aren't affected by doing this and the graphics should be normal, too!
BTW: What about the so called "bad ROMS"? Are they corrupted by this method?

Can someone give me a link to download Romi's ChompRock.asm-file, please? The link Romi left seems to be invalid/not valid anymore.
Thank you.
A pity, could have worked...
But, who cares #w{=P}
Well, I hope I will be able to complete the level until Wednesday. Could take a while, it should be a large level.

Dunno, if this is a known thing, but:
If you shoot Naval Pirhana with an egg before Kamek transforms it, Naval Pirhana will be destroyed and Kamek comes and says:
"OH, MY!"
Didn't know it, just want to tell it.
OK, here is the IPS:
As I've said before you will be able to get the files you need to edit Sewers, Forests and Ice-Caves, when you've beaten the level.
Good Luck!!

PS: Please tell me, when you have beaten it!

OK, everyone, I guess this is something, which is know by everyone except by me, so please answer my question:
What stands the shortcut IPS for?
Thank you for the quick answer.
@Roy: Well, this actually has no use, but I found it interesting.
-Well, the flashing egg blocks were placed purposely at this place :P
-What platforms do you mean?
-The Sewer Ghost, OK is hard, but it is the Sewer Of Horror, so what do you expect? I didn't make the level, so the player gets 100 PTS when playing it the first time.
-The eggs - OK, I should have placed more of them; BTW: You definitly CAN'T set an egg block in a sewer level, because it is an object, not a sprite. So if you set one it will be in front of the sewer background and when using it, the black part behind the block would show.
-To the cutoffs: Yes, I REALLY try to keep my levels as well-designed as possible, but: There is a bug, which occurrs in ANY sewer level with stone sewer tiles (even in the ones of Nintendo!!): A small part of the sewer wall appears somewhere in the level and makes and additional (unwanted) platform. You can see this, when you move to the left from the start point, where the 3 shy guys with red coin are. If you walk off the cliff, you won't fall in the pit.
Isn't it explained in a read-me-file???
Well, just put the Files in your Updated Pallette in the folder, where Eggvine is placed without renaming them!
If you want to back-change, put the files in the Normal Pallette in your Eggvine-folder.
Simple as that.
I don't have an exact tutorial for this.
Just place the tiles, which are mentioned in a level and play around with them. It is not as hard as everybody thinks.
Thanks for the good feedback!
BTW: What do you mean with black box??
Please send a screenshot.

Oh, you're right, I forgot to disable the messages. When you pass the mid-ring this should also happen.
Is there a special effect, which makes "35: animated water, bad GFX" and Layer 3 Type: 42 Pallette: 24 be animated??
