It's been a while since I played TSRPR, but I think I can remember.

All the levels like scrap brain and the like can be found by completing the secret exit of a castle. Is scrap brain the last one?
That one is found in Wendy's pyramid, by entering the first pipe you see.

If you already got that one, search the castles that don't have a secret exit already found. Remember that it can only be in castle 1-5 and the pyramid.
Put down a yellow shell, and have a yellow koopa with no shell jump into it.
I'm pretty sure those paths are hard coded into the ROM. I may be wrong though, because I only heard that somewhere before, and that may have been false.

You're going to have to find a workaround for it though, if it is hard coded.
I need help in Super Luigi World: Luigi's Quest!

I can't find the secret exit of Hazel Hills, and I need it to finish the game, as I think it may lead to a switch palace...

Edit: If that isn't where the red switch is, tell me that instead.

Is it a vertical level? If it is, I think it had to be an even screen number, so try moving it all up or down one screen. If it doesn't work then, change the FG/BG, and if that doesn't work, change it back to before.
You can push blocks by walking into them, try pushing them all different ways.
Sorry, Mastermichael64 but you're about 2 weeks to late. The tournament already began, and you can't join halfway through.
I`m going to be using the ultimate noob boss for my hack I'm working on, and I've already downloaded everything I think I need, (the noob boss, Romi sprite tool, and I already had Xkas.) but I have no idea how it works. Can anybody give me some help on this, from... whatever comes first... to making the boss?

I'm going to be practicing with a clean ROM, if that changes anything.
(If there is a tutorial in the tutorial section for this, you can direct me there, but when I looked, I saw nothing.)
I've completed steps one to three, but I don't know how to insert with sprite tool.

Edit: Deleted other edit. :P

Edit again: made a :D instead of : D

I've never used sprite tool before, so I have no idea how it works, whether it be sprite, or bosses, or anything else you can insert.
step 3:How do I open the CFG file?

Edit: Never mind, found that sprite tool came with CFG editor.

I placed him in, like you said superman6791, but he doesn't appear at all. I can't see him, and I can't interact with him either.

Edit: Well, that was dumb, I was in the ROM, not the ROM copy. He has glitched graphics though.

I would draw my own graphics for it, but this was just a test, so that should be good enough, maybe tomorrow I will, just so I know.
Are you having trouble getting into the palace, or getting through it, Giratina?

If your having trouble getting through it, you need to have the Pegasus boots, which can be gotten from that guy whose name sounds lake Sarahsalasomethingblahblah. He can be found near the eastern palace, inside a little house. When you get the boots, head to Kakariko village and south one screen from there. There should be a library of sorts, one shelf with a book on top of it. run in to it by holding A. Now that you have the book of whatever, head back to the palace, and use it in front of the stone with the random lines and $s. The palace should open.

If your having trouble inside the palace, I can't remember exactly, but you have to get a key on top of a torch thing in the north western rooms by running into it with A. Bring the key to the eastern rooms and enter the locked door. Follow the path for the big key. Now, go back the the entrance room, and go up, to the left, follow the path down and go in the door on the left. There should be a room with 6 blocks. Try pushing them like the ones in the sewers, except down. The door above should open, leading to the big chest, grab it, and go back down. Continue down through the open door there. You should be outside. You can follow the path down for a heart piece, or go right, and pick up the rocks with your newly acquired mitts. Or you could do both. Anyways, follow this path, and you should reach the boss.

(Hope that was all right, haven't played the game in forever.)
tes, the nootd thar make you run daster.

Edit: wow, spelling fail.

so other people can see it.
Yes, the boots that make you run faster.

I know I will most likely do really bad with this, especially since I have been ignoring it and procrastinating a lot. Everything that people have posted look great.

Now, since everybody else has been doing it here, and I feel like showing mine, it's my overworld!

It's not as good as other people's, but it works for my level. I should probably work on my level too, but I something important to do right now.

You have until February 28 at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time

That was on the first post of the first page of the submissions thread.

I don't think I'm going to get my level finished, I have been not working on it in the past week. :( I still have two days though, so I could still finish it...
Eastern time zone appears to be in the eastern sides of Canada and the United States.
To edit castle destruction text, go into the overworld by clicking the castle icon at the top of lunar magic. Now you click the castle icon at the top of the overworld editor. This should bring up the text that you wanted.
Is there any way to stop the level tiles from flashing yellow and red? I'm changing everything to a grayish color for my sub-map, but the two colors continue flashing, no matter how much I try to change them.

Edit: I got a Shelless Yellow Koopa now.
