Yeah I think it's safe to say teachers know nothing about computers. You'd think they'd know everything about them, after years of using them . Hell, that's how I learned my way around a computer. It's one of the things that you can only master through experience, and unfortunately, most people I know are too afraid of doing something wrong that they don't even experiment with computers.
Also I find it hilarious that my school's computer experts (people who actually went to college for this kind of stuff) put in a shitty web filter that blocks Google searches if you use certain key words. Honestly, how the hell am I supposed to get anything done for Health class on the computers in the school library if I'm blocked from searching "long-term effects of alcohol use"? Really? The sad part is that there are multiple ways to get around the filter and these so called "computer experts" have no idea how to fix it.

Let's see if I can remember them all.
N64: Super Mario 64 (first game I ever played)
GBA: I honestly have no idea. The GBA era is all a blur to me.
GCN: Mario Party 4
NDS: Nintendogs - Dachshund and Friends
Wii: Super Mario Galaxy
3DS: Nintendogs + Cats - Golden Retriever and New Friends
Seeing as how the Wii U will be coming out this year, I'm going to predict what the first game I play on it will be.
Pikmin 3.

I rather like the idea. I mean really, ever since Black and White came out, everyone's been saying "Eh, I'll wait until Pokemon Gray". But this was unpredictable. It's a pretty cool idea.
Also, I'm pretty sure these will be more than upgraded versions. I'm thinking they're going to be sequels, taking place a few years after the original games (think Pokemon Colosseum and Pokemon XD here). They obviously won't have new Pokemon, but perhaps new forms, new stories, etc.

Since I've started playing Shin Megami Tensei: Imagine, I've started to desire a Pokemon MMO. Really, think of the possibilities! Battling and trading with other people across the world, the ability to travel from one region to another, collecting all the Gym Badges, and getting all the Pokemon, with catching them as your real test, and training them as your cause! Being able to do all this on your quest to become a Pokemon Master would be awesome! There's so many things you could do! Why, the very idea brings tears of joy to my eyes!
From this, what else would you expect in a Pokemon MMO? Also, aside from that, what else from the Pokemon series would you like? Any ideas you've had would be good, really.

I used to sleep on a bed that was in a frame, but due to a bedbug problem (which will be over very soon), we had to remove the frame because that's where they were living. After that, my bed was on the floor, but once my mom got enough money to buy new beds, I got an air mattress, since that's easy to treat for bedbugs. It's barely wide enough to hold me (I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night because I'm on the edge and close to falling off), and it's only long enough to hold up my legs (my feet dangle in the air), but other than that, it's pretty good. I can even adjust it for different firmness or softness because it has a built in pump that's pretty easy to use! I plug it in, flip a switch, and it inflates! Hell, if I wanted to, I could completely deflate it and put it in my closet...
Also the exterminators are coming this week to finish getting rid of the bedbugs. I'm glad, because they bite worse than mosquitoes.

I just wanna say that you're basically judging an entire game based on the appearance of certain things in the game, which is incredibly shallow. Really, who the fuck cares if a Pokemon based off of a trash bag is ugly? What do you want it to look like, a fucking angel? It's a trash bag. No offense, but I really hate people who stopped playing Pokemon for some stupid reason (ugly Pokemon, it's for kids, etc.). To me, Gen V is the best one yet, but because some people can't get over the fact that there are some ugly Pokemon, they disregarded it immediately. Whatever, you're the one missing out.
Now what I'd like from Pokemon is for all the people who stopped playing because of a stupid reason to give the newer games a chance.

Anyways...
Since the exterminators have come for their second round of treatment (bedbugs), we had to remove everything from the wall, empty out all shelves, pull out drawers, and dry all of our clothes and seal them in plastic bags. They're coming back in a few days to inspect the place again to see if there are any bedbugs left, which means we have to keep everything the way we left it. I think it goes without saying that the house is a total mess.

The barbershop one.
Oh my god. It seriously felt like I was there. If I was blindfolded and someone put this on, I might believe that I really was in a barber shop.

Currently, I'm playing Pokemon Pearl. I would've played Diamond, but someone stole it, so that wasn't an option. It's pretty nostalgic, but at the same time it feels new because I'm actually taking it seriously by creating a team this time around.
Originally posted by Lucasbut it seems the eShop is still quite underpopulated even with the inclusion of DSi downloads.
You're missing out on a couple of eShop games. I'll recommend some that I've enjoyed.
Pushmo
Really fun game. It's a puzzle game that involves pushing, pulling, and sliding blocks out and back in in order to reach the goal. When you start out, it's very simple (requiring no thought) but the further you get, the harder the puzzles get. At that point, it's like Chess (you have to think ahead), but you pretty much need to think the whole thing through before you can even consider starting. And you can even create your own puzzles and share them using QR codes. Believe me, you will have a blast with this game.
Mighty Switch Force!
Another fun game. Most of the videos you'll see of it make it look like an action game, but it's more of a puzzle game than anything. You take charge of a police woman named Patricia Wagon, and your goal is to capture all of the escaped prisoners as quickly as you can (there's no punishment for taking too long, though), solving some pretty devious puzzles in realtime (you need quick reflexes). It even has a kickass soundtrack! Seriously, give it a try.
Those are the only two original eShop games I've downloaded, but that's mainly because I'm holding onto my $40 until Kid Icarus comes out. Some games I'm interested in are Dillon's Rolling Western and Sakura Samurai.

I came.
So, anyways, I went on a field trip the other day, and it was pretty rad. It was a slave experience to teach us what it was like to be an escaped slave on the underground railroad. Our goal was to get from Kentucky to Canada (not for real, of course). Obviously we were in no real danger, but it was pretty scary to be crouched down in a house, with a slavecatcher (an actor) banging on the door and then running out the back door. Luckily, I made it to Canada, but not everyone did.
The worst part about the trip was the fact that it was raining. Being that most of it was moving through a grassy path (with a fuckton of mud), I almost slipped several times. My shoes are ruined. Completely ruined. There was some comedic relief, however. My teacher slipped and fell right on her ass in the mud. Anything she sat on was covered in mud after she got up, which was hilarious.
Also, in Language Arts, we had to make a PowerPoint where we analyzed an ad for propaganda. I cut some corners, but I also made it funny. Of course, my classmates loved it and couldn't stop laughing, but my teacher only gave me 55%. I think that's a bit unfair, because despite cutting some corners, what I did made it the favorite presentation of my class, and it took guts to get up there and present a somewhat half-assed (or maybe quarter-assed) project while trying to bring some humor to it.

Dude you just got that thing on your birthday. That's a pretty bad laptop if it's already on its last leg. I'd ask if your parents hate you, but since your step-dad still hasn't un-grounded you from playing your Wii because of your grades (like three months ago), I think I have my answer. Or was it your mom that bought you that laptop? I can't remember...
^ The above response shows how much I talk to Chuckles. We know eachother too well.
Anyways, I would never be able to format my hard drive. I've got too much stuff on this computer that I care about, and if I ever bought a laptop, it would all be transferred over immediately. Maybe I'm just a hoarder. For example, even though I'm 100% sure I will never need this in the future, I would never delete it. Why do I keep it? I have no idea...
