A remaster of 2009's "Mushroom of Death" is currently in work. Plans for it are:
Keep as much from the original game as possible
Fix unintended major bugs
General revamp on aesthetics, keeping the same tileset
Very minor design changes in some specific areas
Title screen, message boxes and intro logo revamp
I do not plan on adding anything more than the above. A sequel could happen, though! Curious on how I'll handle Kaizo design, it's been ages since I tried it (literally, this hack and some other random contest entry in 2010 were my last attempts at kaizo). But nothing planned yet.
