So the audio is very buggy, to the point where it's more pleasent to play without it. You can often just run through levels without much thought and be fine, but I like certain gimmicks. I'd give it a 6/10.

Awesome game! Once I get good at it, I'm gonna go for an any% speedrun that I'm gonna stream live on my Twitch.tv

I found a bunch of kaizo skips for it, the best being the one in Eight Bit Lake.

The wall next to the flying red koopa and the mushroom question-mark block can be jumped over, by jumping over the red flying koopa and shell-jumping. It saves about 7 seconds of time, skipping part of the water section.

If you're gonna speedrun this, too, keep this in mind.

But, overall, it's a really good game. 9/10

Edit: I just beat the game 100%. Nice job making it :)

This hack is way better than how it looks! Never judge a book from its cover I guess.

The design is pretty good. It has many kind of design, with very original and creative ideas all over the place. Some are a little bit weirdly executed, like the double jump one, being possible in some levels and not in some others. As well, there are some flaws, especially when you have to look for secret exits. Infact, more than once the author gives for granted that it's okay to hide keys in bottomless pits, levels where you need the cape, and so on. Besides the small issues, this was still very fun to play.

Aesthetics is the factor that didn't make this hack go 5/5, atleast from my point of view. Almost every level has weird paletting. Even Mario's look weird. Not to mention the cutoff and many clashy combinations of graphics, not looking good at all.

As only issue worth of mention, music breaks on accurate emulators.

Overall, 3/5. Another case of "looking awful but it's a very fun game".
