Description: This patch turns the koopa's eyes into the more commonly seen foot graphic from SMB1, 2J and 3...

This patch also includes the new foot graphic, so make sure to upload that GFX file to your hack before use!

ALSO: There is also a more simple patch included that can be optionally removed... It's to make it like the original koopas from SMB3, but it's original unlike the other patch!

Thanks for Vitor Vilela for the vague fix, I figured it needs to be addressed that the fix is to use FinishOAMWrite according to the disassembly

This patch is up to the standards and requires no remoderation. Added a gif though.

That's a nice patch there. Note that I removed AllGFX.bin and included just GFX00.bin, because it was modifying some files that aren't supposed to modify, like question and turn blocks. And AllGFX.bin files aren't recommended anyway, it's much better to just include the only needed files, making it easier to insert and the submission much smaller.

Additionally, I edited your patch for SA-1 support and I optimized a JSL - RTL to a JML, which saves around 12 cycles.
