Description: This patch makes a few normally invincible sprites (Fishbone and Torpedo Ted) stop moving and hurting Mario while dead (they can be killed by stars and Bob-omb).
This also takes care of the 1-up glitch with Torpedo Ted launchers when having star power.

Tested with Asar v1.71, SNES9x v1.58, in both normal and SA-1 ROMs.

Works as intended. It's indeed a good option for those who aren't exploring the unintended behaviors of said sprites, but not for those who do it somehow.

Remoderated patch. Not a "must use" one, since some people actually take advantage of these weird behaviours, but it's useful for people who doesn't. Also gave this a more proper name.
