AMK's readme doesn't say how to get the ADSR from SPC700 Player, though. I'm so freakin' glad this doc wasn't removed, since I can't find that info anywhere else.

While AddmusicM is obsolete now, you can just use AddmusicK with #amm, so a lot of stuff is still relevant (besides some samples related syntax. AddmusicK's readme does cover that though).
Also worth mentioning that VCMD_PERVOICE_TRANPOSE can actually be replaced with $FA $02.
