Also, if you ever make a patch that uses $010B, please include the levelnum.ips disassembly code or suggest people to use uberASM/LevelASM before applying this patch (these patches already have said code inside).
I thought that having per levels/010B was a bit excessive but I can do it.
Also they can be global or local, however note that I made it so the samples don't get reuploaded (7FB001) to avoid pauses in local songs.
Does this automatically upload the new songs, or do they have to be set as global (or have the brief pause when new music gets uploaded)? It might also be a good idea to have options for using the sublevel number or the level music value rather than the overworld level number.
