- This is PIXI, asar and SA-1 friendly;
- Now uses Extra Bit too, when deciding if it initially faces Mario (minor, I know).

I don't really know if anyone is going to read this, but I found 2 minor problems during the game. Both involving the fire graphic. First, it appears around 1 frame when the dino rhino enters the screen. Second, the Dino Rhino graphic is displayed over the fire. It should be behind, like the dino torch.

I can forgive the lack of code optimization since this is based on a disassembly, altough it would be appreciated if you can. Works fine other than that observation.
Also note that you should replace SubOffScreen in the routines with this until Jack replaces his.
