How do I make the boo freeze? Like it cannot move at all regardless if it's being looked at or not

Added a define in the ASM file that determines if the sprite will act like an Anti Boo (follows when being faced by the player) or always follow the player when the extra bit is set.

Why you didn't mentioned that it'll continuously follow player if extra bit is set? (Mathos)
EDIT: Neverm, I fixed it myself.
