Yes, and it's larger than 32x32 so a GFX file edit for this platform wouldn't make it look identical.

Fierce Deity Manuz OW Hacker
The SMB3 isn't dynamic, as far I can tell. It only uses one type of a tile (the wall springboards).

Final Theory
I think in smb3 there is a spinning thing like this as well. It wouldn't be to hard to make this into the smb3 version.

Converted to PIXI and added SA-1 support. Sprite was originally from smkdan's dynamic sprite pack.
