Description: This is an arrangement of Sunset Heights from Sonic Forces. Mostly used samples from different SNES games for this one, along with a few custom samples here and there so I could get a good enough feel for this. I'm still not too satisfied with the overdriven guitar choice (mostly since I couldn't find a better suited one for this song, and I didn't want to do another port with the MMX1 overdriven guitar, so), but other than that, I think it's fine.

Anyway, use this if you need some kind of a "tables have turned on your favor" situation, like when a final boss is kicking your ass, and then you somehow get enough power to defeat it, and you KNOW you can't fail everyone or else the world will be destroyed kinda situation; I know, hella specific, but still

That's probably due to some instruments being more downsampled than the others actually; the tom, kick and snare especially are very guilty of that, but I honestly used those because I thought they fitted the song well enough. Maybe I should've used better percussion, but meh

My only problem is that the soundtrack is so upbeat and motivating, yet some of the instruments sound slightly muffled while the other ones are a little more clear. So I feel kind of trapped.
(I don't know if it's my earbuds) ;)

Super Sawtooth! 100%

Oh and, you should experiment with different ADSR other than $FF $E0.

Good. Could be better, though: percussion sample choices are pretty lousy and tom rolls are not very accurate sometimes. Also, you could really benefit from using the $F4 $02 command on these ports; it makes them sound more fluid, so I 101% suggest you use it from now on. You only need to place it once in a song, right before the / command.

Heh, thanks; I do try to make these suggestions as accurate as possible too lol

Also, I changed some SFX channels around and added #optimized for the sake of having less noticeable SFX cutoff but for the price of having less echo, but that doesn't change much IMO, so I think it's fine

Great port.
And also, your suggestion gets the situation thing perfectly to a tee, actually.
