It's a good port. Perhaps the @0s are a bit too loud when they go fastnote mode. Worth mentioning also that, what you call "header" is just echo definition... plus an echo fade (the $F2) which has no purpose right now. I don't think this "issue" is reject-worthy, but if you want to lower the insertion size by 4 bytes, update this by getting rid of echo fade.
Speaking of insertion size, the looping in #7 could've used the same logic you used for most of the other channels (since it loops same stuff three times).
