Description: A simple patch that adds a new frame counter to the game (requiring 2 bytes of free RAM), one that goes from 0000-FFFF instead of just 00-FF.

Converted to asar and added SA-1 support.

Original patch didn't even worked with "Wait Replace" patch :clap: I've removed WAI checks, so now it should work on LoROMs with that patch applied. Added missing freespace command and a screenshot.

This patch can only be usefull for those who work with ASM for longer timing or something. Do note that this framecounter works like $13, which means it won't stop ticking even if game is frozen with $9D, pause flag or similar.
