This patch adds a high byte for the X and Y positions of smoke sprites, enabling you to easily use them without worrying about them possibly appearing onscreen when they should not be.

Note that there may be some incompatibilities with existing resources that use smoke sprites, but it should be easy to modify them to work with this patch.
This version fixes a glitch that allowed smoke sprites with Y positions that were too high appearing.
Fixed a bug with fastrom that caused the torpedo ted's smoke to be placed wrong.
SA-1 compatible. Read the header comment in the patch, however for 'specifics'.

Fixed a bug with motors in general that would displace the smoke for 00F2, instead of FFF2.
Added some minor comments at least for each hijack.
