| Description: | The GFX in the hack are bright and happy, and the level design is deep. Difficulty ranges from easy to medium, so you won't have a hard time beating the levels. It was made before the advent of AddMusic, however, so it uses the original SMW soundtrack.

| Review by Carsr4carpeople1 | I loved this hack. The levels were simple, yet highly enjoyable to play. The overworld was over-done, it was totally outstanding! I loved the happy trees. And having to get the yellow switch palace was an awesome idea. Everything in this hack came together beautifully. The only problem i see in it is the numbers in the status bar, like the 5 and the 3, are difficult to read untill you find out what they are. 
Numerical values:
Level design: 10/10.
The level design in this hack was simple, yet innovative, and very fun to play.
ExGFX: 9/10
The ExGFX was outstanding! The plalletes for the BG's and FG's fit the happy theme of the hack perfectly. The only problem was the inside of the castle, the BG was kind of eye-burning. TheGFX for the numbers in the status bar were nice, but the 3's and 5's were difficult to distinguish.
Overworld design: 10/10
WOW! This was amazing!! It totally blows various good overworlds out of the water. How everything was laid out is perfect, it's not jam-packed with decorations, and it's not completley scarce, either.
Music: N/A
Overall, i give it a 9/10. This was a outstanding hack that was actually enjoyable to play. It truly compares to the original Supwr Mario World. I really hope cwiarl is still working on this. It's an art in the hacking world. | | Posted by: Carsr4carpeople1 - 2008-10-05 04:23:49 PM |
