I can´t open "Mario's Lonely Holiday 64" in TT64. After 3 secends of load process from rom... TT64 crash!

Why?
Any way to get mario to load his colors from textures?
I'd like to keep the original mario model, but I don't want his clothes to be solid colors, i'd like to use textures. I saw cpuhacker had done something similar in the past. within the first few pages of the showoff thread)

Whenever I enter a level that I've imported a model to, I just get a white screen. This happens every single time. What am I doing wrong?

You have a high polygon count, try deleting some polys and trying again.
PS it's in the FAQ I write, "I get a white screen I try to enter my level".
That's impossible, I'm importing a tiny test model. It has about 50 polygons.
Can you show us a pic of your test level?

Also impossible. All I did was import a very small test model. I didn't even open TT64.

have you tried reimporting on a clean rom?
Well, this is weird.

I tried importing it again, using the 1.8 version of the importer. Now, Course 5 (Haunted House) is the only level that won't white-screen.
Use level importer 1.9.1, it's the latest version. Also, you need to place your warp in toads tool other wise you won't spawn at your level.

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but in Toads tool 64 there is an option for areas 1 - 4 on every level. Is there any way to actually use those areas?
It is possible, but there is no easy way to yet. Kaze knows how and has made some tutorials on it, just go to his youtube channel.

This has probably already been answered, but how do I fix glitched textures?
A single texture cannot repeated over 32 times on a face. TO fix this, in sketchup go to the colors box, select "In Model" in the drop down menu, select the glitched texture, and increase the numbers in the 2 boxes in that menu until you feel it dosen't repeat 32 times. Test again, and increase higher if it glitches again.

No, don't do that. Well, he's right but still, texture can become big and blurry, do this;
