Last semester I got a B in Calculus I. Calculus II has been great so far.
I'm 2cool4school so yeah

Anyway, I wanted to share the results (so far) of my weight loss. It's been 60 days and I've lost 19 pounds so far. Over the next 30 days my goal is to drop 8 more pounds, which I am on track to do.

n0ice, hope you reach that goal #wario{;)}

i really feel like im getting fatter even though i seem to stay at a constant 142lbs. maybe im losing muscle mass at the same rate i gain fat? idk

I can see the difference; it seems the loss was pretty significant. Nice!

Myself, I want to gain weight, as in, gym and stuff. I still couldn't start though >_>
Hopefully I will sometime by February, or March at best. I'm half hyped and half worried, since this is a whole new thing to me, and besides I'm going to be in an environment where I know absolutely nobody. It kind of sucks, but I've gone through this before.
It's easily the best thing I've done
So why the empty numb?
Nice to see you lost a lot of weight! I myself lost just three pounds in two weeks thus far from dancing zumba at gym, and this is not my first time to be into one. It's kinda worrisome to find out I'm the only male to dance that genre and I know nobody else besides my teacher, but I hope to keep track of my progress and continue training for the next few months.

I haven't really kept track of specific weight gains/drops lately but I have kinda been mindful of how some certain pairs of pants fit me. I'm not so much worried about certain pants feeling too tight now, which is a good thing because of winter time. Having jeans that used to fit fine but finding out they feel tight during the cold months isn't fun. I found 32 to 34W to be a sweet spot.

I still think it sounds fun. I saw an infomercial on it one time. If it was ballet, I would be legitimately concerned.
To add to my poor man's gym, I got a Bullworker as a gift. It didn't really come with any kind of booklet so I had to download a chart. This particular one showed exercises by week and I am hoping that can increase muscle size since it tells you to take measurements after week 2 and week 4. Each week is a serial escalation so that may help, and I've read some praise.
The part time job that I'm supposed to start next month may be another component of my regimen, since it will require a lot of walking and standing.

Most people are fine during high school. My metabolism was great, so I'd eat fast food/drink soda non-stop and not gain a pound. As soon as I graduated, it was like my body just shut down and everything I put in decided to stick around. I went from 120ish to 160 within like 4 months. I hovered around that throughout university, and I peaked around 185 (still not THAT much, but it was a lot for someone who had been skinny their whole life).

Nowadays I run/go to the gym 5 days a week and I have been for over a year, so although I still eat pretty terribly, I've been able to maintain a fairly healthy wait. Seriously, running is fantastic and everyone should do it.

I had that metabolism in high school, and I still have it. I eat a lot and I'm still underweight.
^ How can people do that?

Well, get this: from June 2014 to now, I dropped 15 pounds just by eating unhealthy. Of course, I'm taking a change to cut my weight even more, by changing my eating habits (I love vegetables). I plan to hit 165 by June of this year.

I don't think that's right way to lose weight, it's like a light version of not eating at all just to drop some pounds.

That's just shyness from my part I get when I'm around people I don't know. You're just about right.

On the topic of eating, I also need to improve my habits a bit. I eat junk food often-ish, but my main issue is that I don't eat healthy food often. My habits are terribly unvaried and probably not very interesting to my own health.

I remember being a somewhat fat kid, but now I'm skinny as crap. Still have to admit I'm happier with that :P
Wishing luck to everyone who's intending to lose weight #thp{>:)}

I don't eat much junk food, but I should reduce the amount of consumed food a bit. I should also have some more activity, meh. I'm kind of uninspired (or lazy) if it goes with that. I hope it'll change soon.

My metabolism is weird, but it did change a bit... to the worse I see. Last 2-3 years I ate tons of food and some candy on Christmas/holidays and I lost weight for some reason. Now I can gain just by eating a bit more than normally.

This is strange and I hope I'd not gain any weight anymore. At least not too much...
Y'all people are skinny compared to me! I am working on getting down to 200 in the next 30 days (currently 208), and then I want to get down to 180 or so.
My metabolism seems to be great. I'm underweight by about 15 pounds, actually (about 99 pounds right now). I can eat some candy or a generally large meal and barely gain weight.
My metabolism was fine until about 7th grade. Within the past 5 years or so my weight has doubled, although it's been pretty steady for the past few months, usually hovering somewhere around 185 pounds (just barely overweight).

I've started to eat healthier and exercise more the past few weeks, though, so I'm hoping it'll show an effect sooner or later.

My metabolism has never been great. It wasn't strange for me to gain 10-20 pounds over summer break, in fact. But ever since I started drinking water on a very regular basis, I've been slowly losing weight. At the end of 10th grade I was around 180 pounds, now I'm about 160 halfway through 11th grade. Several people have told me it looks like I've lost weight, and it's definitely made a noticeable impact on my body. I'm happy with this, because I've been self-conscious about my weight ever since middle school.
