Anyone else draw inspiration from Super Mario Flash 2/3 levels?

I used to make levels with Super Mario Flash before I had a computer that had windows on it, and honestly it was pretty fun but its kind of become outdated now. Or so I thought.

Apparently there's a fan made Super Mario Flash 3 with SMB3 styled tilesets. You can add custom backgrounds and even custom music.

Looking at some of the levels people have made has inspired some of my own future hacking.

Some cool levels are ones like these:
Bullet Bill Waterfall
夕日の雲渡り
White World
Wooded Wonder Galaxy

The nice thing is that you don't have the issue of mixing tilesets when its all right there for you to use.

Anyone else look at these levels and draw inspiration from them?
A little, though I take a bit more inspiration from Super Mario Bros X. Quite a few cool ideas in that community, and also a fair few graphics and resources that are quite useful to convert too.

P.S. Seems like this last version of Super Mario Flash is really catching on a bit in Japan. Quite a few old Japanese ROM hackers seem to be making levels for it now in addition to SMW ones.

As for Mario's Nightmare Quest? Well, it's currently on Fusion Gameworks, ROM Hacking.net or the GCN at the moment.

It's probably since it's less illegal due to not requiring a ROM?
Piracy laws are fucked over in Japan.

the vip6 situation doesn't help

I wanna help the JP SMW hacking scene flourish again, but at the same time I don't wanna be buggin' peeps
