SNES and PS1 RPG remakes on later systems

Can someone give me a list of Super Nintendo and PlayStation 1 RPGs that were remade for future systems such as Game Boy Advance or Nintendo DS? I know that the first 6 Final Fantasy games except 3 are on Game Boy Advance. I know that Final Fantasy 3 and 4 are on DS. I know that Chrono Trigger is on DS. Can someone give me a list of others?

Note that I am NOT looking for the original game released on Wii Viirtual Console or some other modern system unless there are no remakes and updated rereleases with bugs fixed and such.

The authors of these 2 My Little Pony fan games have removed their games from the Internet.
Rise of the Clockwork Stallions has been updated! Download My Little Pony: Rise of the Clockwork Stallions DX: Director's Cut and My Little Pony: Magic Shards now! Spread this link!

A few Tri Ace games, namely Star Ocean 1, Star Ocean 2, and Valkyrie Profile, all got ports/remakes on later systems.
Tales of Phantasia was remade for the PS1 (and then the PS1 version got an atrocious port for the GBA) and later for the PSP (Tales of Phantasia X). The PSP version doesn't have the technique animations interrupting the gameplay, so if you really want non-stop action then that's the one you should play. I like the PS1 version more because I enjoy the animations. :P

Lufia II: Rise of the Sinistrals was remade for the DS (Lufia: Curse of the Sinistrals) as a live-action RPG instead of turn-based and had several major gameplay and cosmetic changes. Overall, it barely feels like the original but the reception was decent.

Final Fantasy VII is getting a live-action PS4 remake.

Secret of Mana is getting a 3D remake for PS4, PS Vita and Steam in 2018.
