Coffee

Ah coffee. That wonderful hot (or cold) beverage that keeps us up in the morning and helps us get through our day. It even comes in tons of varieties for our specific tastes. What could we do without it?

So, assuming you drink it, what is your preferred type of coffee and why?

Personally, I used to hate coffee when I was younger, but now I love it. In fact, I prefer to drink my coffee black, meaning that there's absolutely no sugar or cream in it, just water and ground coffee beans. I originally had it with cream and sugar, but then I decided to try it black one day. I thought it was alright at first, but then I really started to like it. To me, it just seems better to have nothing to dilute that pure coffee taste. Plus, it's much healthier than coffee with cream or sugar.

I was pretty much the opposite actually. I didn't know how to prepare coffee, as I used to drink mostly chocolate milk everyday, but now that I know, it's been my "meal" every morning and afternoon. I like my coffee black with a sufficient amount of sugar and a small portion of coffee powder, since it's tastier that way.

I usually use instant cappuccino. It's easy to prepare, and normal coffee is too bitter for my taste. Although the instant cappuccino is more bearable, I still prefer my coffee a little sweeter, so I add a creamer of come kind. If the weather is cold, I drink it hot. If the weather is warm, I drink it iced.

I might also add a bit of rum or tequila if I need a buzz. #smw{:TUP:}
I typically drink a cup of regular American coffee with cream and sugar. My office has a K-Cup machine. It's not the most delicious coffee but it does the job. Normally drink hot but sometimes will have iced or cold brew in the summer. Sometimes I'll indulge and I'll get a latte or Frappuccino.
I also used to not like coffee at all, but I changed my mind after going to a café in Toulouse and drinking some here 3 years ago. Ultimately, I guess it's like all foods or drinks: once you find what suits you, it's pretty easy to appreciate all the other different flavors and get into it.

With time, I have developed a taste for black coffee too (cream is meh at best and sugar just kills the sweet bitterness of the beans), but what I like best is vanilla-flavored coffee. Even if it doesn't look like it at first thought, the two flavors go together perfectly and really bring out the best of each other.
Casually, coffee with milk. When having a meal outside/when I find one of these coffee machines, I'll take a cappuccino if I can. Or milk with chocolate or whatever the fancy options are. Coffee is always good
It's easily the best thing I've done
So why the empty numb?
Can't live without the stuff it seems! I have at least two a day.
I usually add a touch of cream and sugar to my joe, but sometimes I drink it black. I try to have a glass of water with it as well. :)
i had what amounts to like a couple sips as a kid, and hated the taste. i sort of fear actually trying it for real because i feel like i'll develop a dependency
Black.

I always drink coffee every morning, preferably every type of coffee in every day of the week (espresso for Monday, brown coffee for Tuesday, cappuccino for Saturday, etc...).

I like to freshly grind actual beans, the smell is amazing. Usually do a dash of milk and a tiny bit of sugar.

I'll also drink the shitty ol office coffee machine coffee but I'm not a fan of it (but caffeine is life).
