Blue koopa is frozen

So in my level there is a blue koopa (without a shell) who is supposed to kick a shell into a on/off block. There is another blue shelless koopa nearby who functions as intended and kicks the shell
at the player, however the one who is supposed to kick it in to the switch just stands still frozen and doesnt move. Someone help?

Are you sure you placed the right tile? The only issue which comes into my mind is that you used the ground tile for the purple triangle which is a tile with the infamous tile 1F0 property (sprites glide over that block while keeping their momentum). Given that most sprites don't move in the air unless they had momentum before, this results in a stationary enemy (or here, blue koopa). The correct ledge is the from the ledge object or Map16 tile 100.
