"SMW Base ROM" section

I've had this idea for a long time, I think it will help new hackers who are inexperienced with GPS, Asar, LevelASM, custom music, sprite tools, GFX, et cetera.

I'm thinking that we could have some base ROMs to get new users started, like Demo World where anyone can modify the resources put into the ROM and create their own version of it.

One example of this I think would definitely go well would be a SMW ROM with all the SMAS resourses that we've made SMW compatible. In the ZIP could be a .txt file explaining how to implement what resource into a particular level. How about a ROM full of Megaman GFX and physics + enemies?

Everyone learns at their own pace and this would help get people started, until they learn more. For instance, I can't imagine ever using the GFX section because I've learned all the ins and outs of GFX ripping/animating, but there was a time I did use it.

Instead of giving only providing new users a list of tutorials and fixes to make a fancy hack, this could give them something extra to play around with while they learn.

It shouldn't be too hard to set up base ROMs either, because all we're doing is adding resources to a ROM that many of us can easily do ourselves. Just to make it convenient for noobs while they learn.

Thoughts?
