New (or substitute) teachers you have in school

Do you have new (or substitute) teachers in your school?
What do you think about these new (or substitute) teachers?
They are cool?
I had new and substitute teachers on High School and also on university. Most of them are pretty cool, but I can't not mention some teachers that were total dorks.
We had a Portuguese trainee on our penultimate (or last? Can't remember) year of High School that we've grown to hate after she intentionally wrote "hontem" instead of "ontem" (our Portuguese "yesterday") and justified that it's a different "ontem". What a jerk

Special mention to one of our university teachers that literally showed an image of a dead Syrian kid on a subject about death with no censorship. Made me want to spell out loud "have some fucking respect". I'm surprised I or no one else did

Tip:
So much of my schooling is a decade behind me, so I will be speaking from past tense.

I've had some interesting substitute teachers over the years and I do remember this one English teacher from the 5th and/or 6th grade that essentially didn't want to do his job, so he had us play Pocket Tanks and so forth on the computers and then go to recess. When the principle knocked, we were to pretend to do some studying and say random words or something.

God that was both amusing and yet sad looking back. I could have probably been an earlier writer had I had the proper edumacation.

Anyways, I do remember some many substitutes doing the same exact thing in middle school. Many were as you'd expect, but in one school I went to has many just put on some movie completely irrelevant to school and one substitute even go so far as to say, "I'll just give your quiz the grade you currently hold as an average. Which meant either an A or B for me if I recall. Like... why or how that kind of thing is allowed is kind of sad but as a kid you're like "Heck yeah! NO SCHOOLWORK!"

I will likely either edit this post with more, or post later when I remember/think of more that happened. Perhaps focusing on the teachers who weren't lazy in their jobs. #ab{^_^}
