SketchUp doesn't run on my PC. Is there any other program to use to make custom maps?

"The following errors were found when opening SketchUp:

- The OpenGL version of your GPU "Intel(R) HD Graphics" is 2.1. SketchUp requires a compatible GPU with OpenGL 3.0 or better."

I've been doing some research and I don't know if it's completely based on the GPU or processor determines it too. However, I tried to watch some other tutorial videos and no one of them used a different program apart from SketchUp. Is there any other program to use to hack SM64?

PS: On the official page here, it says that your current GPU may not run OpenGL 3.0. How do I know exactly if mine is able to update or it runs on 2.1 only?

Edit: More research. Found that Blender can do the job.
Good heavens, would you look at the time!! It's time to stop!
you could also use maya or 3ds max etc (i personally like maya cause it’s pretty flexible to make stuff) however you do need to get a student license which is free
LOL
