Results should be up tomorrow morning - I'll be using most of Sunday morning to judge these and PM them to spigmike. I'm liking what I am hearing so far.
About Bluemoon .. we haven't decided what is going on with that yet. Expect something tomorrow.

All of our results have been PM'ed to spigmike now. Once he gets on, he'll post them.
Also, to Heisan and everyone: We apologize for the rough start. We were under the intention that Smalls and Boom would also be judging, as they had shown interest. Now that we have three set judges, the rounds will go MUCH faster!

Hm... I consider the fact that I wasn't chosen to be a judge (offering to if I lost this round) to be a GOOD sign.

Andy Submitted his results a little differently that SNN and I, so the averaging process done with this may seem a little weird, but do trust that it is fair...
1st Midiguy (9.5, 9.5, 1) - 9.5
2nd Heisanevilgenius (8.75, 8.5, 2) - 8.8
3rd Tails Doll (8.5, 8.25, 3) - 8.3
4th ... only scarier (8.75, 8.75, 6) - 8.2
4th Opposable (8.25, 8.25, 4) - 8.2
6th Demon of the Dark Forest (7.75, 8.0, 5) - 7.8
Wow, so there was a ton of tough competition this time, and a general all-around improvement over the first round made judging even harder.
Also, if you guys were wondering, Andy scored people 1st through 6th, so I converted that to (9.5, 9, 8.5, 8, 7.5, 7).
I can see a lot of close scores in the middle here, and this could end up coming down to the wire.
Congradulations on finishing 6th, ZD, I could see a large amount of improvement just between your last 2 songs. If you keep working as hard as you did here, and we have another contest like this next year, I could see you near the top of the leaderboard.
Challenge 2 will be up soon!
Also, if you guys didn't notice, you've all recieved a "SMWCIdol Contender" badge for your participation in this
Note: I'm just leaving this up for a day or two so I know that everyone has seen it, even though Round 2 will be up earlier than that.

I'm very interested to see what everyone created for this round. Can we leave this open for a while so we can post our SPCs?

To be honest, I thought I'd do worse than that. I wanted to do something from Cyber Spin, but I'd have to do it from scratch. And I'm not that good.
In case anyone was wondering, I did Fireburg from Final Fantasy Mystic Quest. Never played it, just liked the song.
