Okay, the offical site to download the VIP5 stuff (not wherever you found it) has, in BIG RED LETTERS, DO NOT USE THESE FILES FOR YOUR OWN USE. What does that tell you? It doesn't say that exactly, but it does say that. So just don't. It doesn't matter where you found them, if they are solely in VIP5 or BM, don't touch them.

Hey guys! I'm back- I was taking a break and finishing homework.
Anyway, quick update:
Bottom Submap: The path to get to the last overworld.
Top Submap: Giygas's attack was inexplicable! Heh, that's right- I tried to make it look corrupt and like Giygas's battle to make it look scary. It would be awesome if I knew how to make the line patterns scroll in two different directions, though...

How will the player get across the bottom submap, though? The airship can't jump between submaps.
EDIT: I did not just ask that.

Who said anything about airships? Simple- beating all the levels will create a path for ya.
@ Raocow: However, the boss ISN'T Giygas. It's someone else! If it really was Giygas, I'd be screwed right now.

Heh, cured it after two hours- I think it was loneliness? Anyway, the overworld is almost done, but I'm not sure where to place the last level. On another overworld? o.0

I'd just make an extra submap that is just totally blank, with one spot where you land, one spot with the bonus level, and one spot with the star world to go back to the main overworld.

raocow's suggestion sounds good. You have the submap space right? Then just use up one of them for the bonus final level.

Alright, guys; the overworld is close to being finished; I just need to test it and then fix up a few things.
Also, I'm in the hospital and my dad is goin' crazy on me to finish my homework, which involves writing a story. While I'm doing everything, progress will be going slow for a little. Oh yeah, I'm in the hospital because my grandma fell... She died last night, but she was revived with the defibrillator thingy by the doctor. Today, she almost died again, but a call to the doctors came just in time. Hmm... I hope everything goes well...

Glad to see the OW is coming on. Has the music been inserted yet? You have to use the level music and OW music as well as the ambiance OW music.
