That looks very, very good. I am guessing that the hearts are part of that new system that has been talked about concerning a heart system in Mario hacks. Keep on hacking.

My esteem of Killo is already high, he seems to know a thing or two about ASM. So is the story in this game going to follow Super Paper Mario or any other game in the series? There is already a Count Bleck Castle in a hack, but that really does not matter.

What may be other features added to this hack to make it fit into the Paper Mario series more?
Here's an idea for you:

How about making it so that if you collect 100 coins, you "level up" so to speak, but instead, your health bar increases by one. It shouldn't be that hard to do, just make the coins well hidden or scarce so the player can't get infinite level ups. You could also make some sort of max level, and set the amount of coins required for each level up more and more.

Just throwing that out there - I'd love to see an SPM-styled hack that actually works.

Awesome ideia, SNN. I would love to see an working SPM styled hack too!
@S.N.N. Or you could just use the score counter like SPM, score doesn't have a use anyways.

The hardest part will be finding a way to "save" the score. By this I mean, when someone beats a fortress/ghost house, saves, and exits, if they reload later, their score is reset. You'd need to somehow retain this value, along with your life points value.
Couldn't you use the empty RAM to save the score or something? I barely know anything about ASM, but I assume you can do that. Also, maybe you could use this? It's a fireball enemy HP counter... But Paper Mario doesn't really use the Fire Flower. So I don't know if I was much help or not.
